How can I download my products?

After completing your checkout and successfully paying for your order, we will send you an email immediately containing a link to download your order.

I can not find the downloads

Please check your email service, ensuring you also check your spam folder. Once you have completed the checkout process and made payment for the product, the delivery is handled automatically. If you still cannot find anything, please contact us and have your order confirmation ready.

Is it possible to receive a refund?

Refunds and exchanges are not applicable to digital products.

What is a LUT?

A LUT, or "Look-Up Table," is a mathematical table or formula used in digital image and video processing. It enables the mapping of input values to corresponding output values, facilitating color grading, color correction, and other adjustments for images or videos. LUTs find widespread application in various industries, such as filmmaking, photography, and computer graphics, to achieve precise color or tone transformations.

These tables or formulas, also referred to as Lookup Tables, serve as mathematical formulas that convert the color of an original image into new parameters for the resulting image. LUTs can serve technical purposes, like converting between different color spaces (like the one available in my store for DJI D-cinelike & DLOG) or performing monitor calibration. Additionally, LUTs can be creatively utilized to give videos a specific appearance or replicate the visual characteristics of particular film stocks.

Which programs support compatibility with these LUTs?

Our LUTs are compatible with any software that can handle .CUBE files. This encompasses popular programs like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe SpeedGrade, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Sony Vegas, Capture One, VideoLUT (iOS), LumaFusion (iOS), and many others.

Are LUTs compatible with my camera?

My original LUTs have been specifically created to work with any camera that records in the Natural/Rec.709 profile. If you are shooting in a LOG/ProRes/RAW profile, my LUTs should be applied after the initial color grading, except for the technical LUT designed for DJI drones. This particular LUT was designed to convert DLOG & D-Cinelike to the Natural color space.

Is shooting in RAW/ProRes required to utilize the LUTs in post-production?

No, it is not necessary. You can shoot in RAW/ProRes, perform basic image adjustments, and then apply a look LUT from my pack. Shooting in RAW provides the advantage of greater flexibility in color correction, both before and after applying a LUT.

Are conversion LUTs included in your LUT packs?

No, deliberately, my LUT packs do not include conversion LUTs as they are tailored to your camera type and picture profile. In most cases, you can download conversion LUTs from your camera manufacturer's website at no cost.

Is it possible to utilize LUTs for photo editing?

Certainly! If you have access to photo editing software that is compatible with .CUBE files, such as Adobe Photoshop CC, you can use my LUTs seamlessly. Additionally, you have the option to process your photos using video editing software like DaVinci Resolve and other similar programs that offer support for .CUBE files.

Are the LUTs compatible with both Mac and Windows computers?

Absolutely! My LUTs are designed to work seamlessly on any operating system, whether it's Mac or Windows.
